Aged Care Facility Manager -opportunity to relocate to QLD!

Here at Project Recruit Health we are recruiting for an experienced Facility Manager for very well staffed and well run Aged Care Facility in Brisbane.

This position would suit someone who has at least 2 years experience as an Aged Care Facility Manager with very good leadership skills.

A Registered Nurse is essential for this role

Overview:

Large premium Aged Care facility

Recently passed accreditation and was compliant across all standards

Supported by CM's, CN's and Quality Coordinator as well as Head Office HR, Finance, Funding and Operational Support

Salary $150 - $170k + super + NFP benefits

Relocation assistance can be discussed for those relocating

Very strong leadership team

Low turnover of staff

Requirements:

Someone who is fully committed to relocating to Brisbane QLD

AHPRA Registered Nurse - essential

At least 2 years as a Facility Manager in residential aged care - essential

Experience managing a large facility

Good tenure is previous roles

Solid understanding of the Aged Care legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
