About the Role:

The Orchard Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations at the Redland Apple (RA) Harcourt site(s). This role plays a critical part in ensuring the efficient daily, monthly, and annual achievement of key operational objectives, including yield optimization, profitability, quality control, forecasting, planning, and processing.

With a strong focus on continuous improvement, the Orchard Manager strategically plans, coordinates, and controls farm operations to maximize yield while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cost efficiency. By analyzing and managing environmental factors, this role drives agronomic performance, ensuring sustainable and productive farming practices.

Key responsibilities include effective resource planning for crop preparation and production to meet budget goals, commercial business plan objectives, and market supply and demand.
