We’re on the lookout for a hands-on Farm Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a well-resourced mixed livestock property in South-West VIC.
Just over an hour from Warrnambool and Hamilton, this family-run operation is ready for a motivated leader who’s just as passionate about people as they are about livestock.

The Role
You'll take the reins on daily farm activities: livestock, pastures, fodder, maintenance, and team leadership. With a Stock Overseer, station hands, and seasonal workers on-site, you’ll guide the team, lift performance, and build a positive, respectful workplace culture.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support the farm team day-to-day
• Oversee breeding, feeding, and grazing programs
• Plan seasonal operations and manage fodder production
• Keep records up to date using AgriWebb
• Coordinate maintenance of plant, vehicles, and infrastructure
• Liaise with stock agents, contractors, and consultants
• Work with the owners on budgets and planning

What You’ll Bring

• Solid experience in livestock and pasture management
• A team of 2+ working dogs
• Natural leadership with a team-first attitude
• Strong planning and communication skills
• Practical know-how across machinery, maintenance, and farm systems
• A focus on safety, respect, and collaboration
