Bayswater Location
4-6 Month Fixed-Term Contract, with Possible Extension
$35 - $40/Hr + Super + Leave Benefits (Pending Experience)
What will this position entail?
This role will see you working as an all-rounder within the office, responsible for the below:
- Providing strong administration support to various teams, including the accounts, sales and HR team.
- Raising / processing invoices and purchase orders.
- Organising travel arrangements, insurance claims, reconciliations and contracts administration.
- Any other general administration and personal assistant duties as required.

How can I be successful?
- Previous office administration experience, ideally within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong computer abilities and exposure to various Microsoft products.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Drivers licence and reliable transport to and from work.
As this position has the possibility of extension, this role is searching for candidates with Full-Time Australian working rights and be willing to work Monday - Friday 7am - 5pm.
