Senior Contracts Administrator – $80M Residential Project in Zetland

Are you ready to step into a high-impact role on one of Sydney’s standout residential developments? We’re seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to join the delivery team on a landmark $80M apartment project in Zetland. This is a key appointment with a respected builder and offers excellent exposure, responsibility, and competitive day rates.

Your Role:

• Lead all contract administration for a large-scale residential build from start to finish
• Manage head contract and subcontractor claims, variations, and EOTs
• Ensure accurate financial tracking, forecasting, and reporting using Jobpac
• Collaborate closely with the PM and commercial team to maintain budget integrity
• Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth contract execution
• Maintain detailed and compliant contract documentation throughout the project lifecycle

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator on large apartment or mixed-use projects
• Strong capability in handling claims, variations, and complex financial reporting
• Must be proficient with Jobpac software
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• In-depth understanding of Australian construction contracts and industry practices
