The Role:

• Diary Management/organise appointments
• Inbox management
• Client onboarding administration
• Database entry and management
• Property Appraisal preparation and after care
• Coordinating open homes
• Maintaining/Managing staff KPI’s
• Mailouts and marketing collateral
• Client management
• Vendor reporting

The Candidate:

• A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Direct experience in a PA/EA role supporting a high profile Agent in a Real Estate environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills
• The ability to work proactively and independently
• A valid driver's license
• Strong administration and communication skills
