RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a portfolio of Strata schemes, build relationships, and be a trusted advisor in all thing’s strata
• Facilitate and attend AGMs and other meetings
• Prepare budgets, agendas, and minutes with support from other departments
• Interpret legislation and assist in the enforcement of by-laws
• Maintain insurance, coordinate repairs and maintenance

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

• Must have prior & recent experience as a Body Corporate Manager
• Experience with larger schemes desirable
• Someone who works towards the company’s mission and vision to make it a better place to be
• Excellent interpersonal skills & presentation

The successful applicant will have at least two years plus Strata Management experience, in addition, you will have first-class communication skills, the ability to multi-task and be professional in all aspects of strata management.
