Job description:

Jump into a hands-on leadership role where you'll coordinate and support the Production Supervisor in planning and running all Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) activities in our workshop—making sure everything ticks the boxes for Komatsu's standards and policies.

You'll be the go-to for day-to-day operations, leading Technicians and Contractors to get the job done safely, efficiently, and with quality. From tracking job progress to keeping workflows smooth and helping solve technical or operational challenges, you're right in the thick of it.

Great communication and leadership skills are a must—you'll be the key link between workshop teams, other departments, and customers, keeping everyone aligned and service levels top-notch.

Roster: Monday to Friday (with overtime options)
Location: Fairfield, NSW

Rate: $51.55 per hour, Tool Allowance $800 per year. Overtime available.

Your Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Trade-qualified Plant Mechanic or equivalent.

• Hands-on experience assembling earthmoving equipment.

• Auto Electrical skills, qualifications, and diagnostic know-how are a big plus.

• Safety-first attitude—nothing is more important.

• Comfortable with computer systems and Microsoft Office.

• Able to work independently and take initiative.

• Proven track record of delivering top-notch customer service.
