In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

· Foster a strong work ethic among workshop staff, emphasizing attention to detail and quality.

· Set clear performance goals aligned with customer requirements.

· Support Service Technicians in diagnosing and repairing pneumatic and electro-pneumatic valve control systems.

· Test SRV manual, control/automated valves, and pump equipment within the workshop.

· Perform minor design and fabrication tasks as needed.

· Maintain thorough knowledge of maintenance procedures and mechanical/automated valve repairs.

· Demonstrate safe, methodical, and proficient workshop practices.

· Prepare and clean components efficiently, following safe workshop protocols.

· Accurately label and tag nameplates for various valves.

· Execute daily planned activities to meet Emerson and customer expectations.

· Recommend cost-saving initiatives and technology enhancements.

· Continuously review and suggest improvements to workshop processes.

· Comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and operational strategies.

· Build and maintain effective working relationships across teams, ensuring consistent communication.

· Be available for fly-in/fly-out field service work on customer equipment as required.

· Willingness to travel and work away from home for short durations.

· Deliver exceptional customer service while working on-site with process equipment.

· Manage and complete planned activities in offsite environments.

· Clearly communicate issues and findings related to individual jobs.

· Provide detailed reports on product/valve condition and evaluations.

· Accurately log work hours and activities in accordance with Emerson’s quality systems.

· Perform additional duties as required, aligned with your skills and capabilities.

· Maintain physical fitness to handle manual processing of various equipment.

· Collaborate effectively with team members to implement OEM service strategies, ensuring first-time quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.

For This Role, You Will Need:

Trade Certificate in Mechanical Fitting.

Extensive experience as a qualified Mechanical Fitter.

Solid understanding of flow control and process control systems.

Specialized Certifications

· Forklift HRW Ticket.

· HRW Dogman Ticket.

· First Aid Certificate.
