We’re on the hunt for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen at the Newbay Hotel – a much-loved local pub in the heart of Brighton, known for its charm, warm hospitality, and quality food.

This is a rare opportunity to take full creative control of the kitchen. We’re looking for someone who’s not just ready to lead, but excited to shape the food offering and build a strong kitchen culture.
