What you’ll own

• Run the day-to-day flow of our bonded warehouse and wash-bay, ensuring compliant, on-time unpack and export packing of containers.

• Champion first-class customer service — proactive status updates, rapid issue resolution, and “yes-we-can” solutions.

• Drive rigorous safety, Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and biosecurity standards; keep audits and permits spotless.

• Optimise labour, space and equipment to meet tight SLAs while controlling cost.

• Make the admin count: capture and approve all ancillary charges, consumables and reworks so every dollar is billed.

• Lead, coach and develop a small but agile team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

✔ Sound knowledge of import/export documentation, depots, and container pack/unpack processes.
