Looking to join a fast-paced, dynamic warehousing and wholesale company? SERCO PTY LTD' is seeking a full-time Warehouse Position to join our team in Capalaba, Queensland. This role will be an integral part of our warehousing and distribution operations, ensuring the efficient and effective management of our inventory and supplies.

What you'll be doing

Receiving, unloading, and processing incoming goods and materials

Accurately picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders

Maintaining inventory control and stock levels

Utilising warehouse management systems and technology

Ensuring all warehouse operations adhere to health, safety, and quality standards

Assisting with the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles

Providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution environment

Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in using warehouse management systems and technology

Ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy items (up to 25kg)

A current forklift license is highly desirable

A positive, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to safety
