This office-based role is responsible for administration of the day-to-day operations of the office, as well as providing administrative support to the Management Team.
The Role:
*Manage, coordinate and schedule daily works using Job Management Software
*Coordinate plumbers daily schedule, process timesheets, communicate with clients, manage calendars, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
*Respond to phone and email enquiries
* Coordinate resources by managing and allocate personnel, equipment, and materials according to schedule requirement
* Anticipate and strategise to overcome changes and delays in the schedule
* Coordinate the rescheduling process of work orders
* Oversee the day-to-day operational activities of Office & On-Road Staff
* Liaise with internal staff to ensure clear communication for workflow between departments
*Update safety and insurance documentation
*Follow up on pending quotes
*Manage vehicle fleet and associated insurance/maintenance needs
We are looking for:
Confident communicator with strong organisational and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Proficiency in Job Management Software& competent IT skills
Experience in service-based scheduling or coordination of trades based services
Comfortable working with tradespeople and customers alike
Positive attitude, team player, and a natural problem-solver
Having a 'can-do' attitude
Clear and professional communication skills — written and verbal
Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
Ability to liaise with other vendors & contractors when required
