About the Role
Collab Recruit is working alongside Nexion Group in their search for a Service Coordinator to join the team. The role will co-ordinate the maintenance and service of automotive workshop equipment. This role ensures efficient scheduling, customer satisfaction, and smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time role based in the Nexion office in Seven Hills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate after-sales service technicians to ensure timely and effective installations, maintenance and repairs.
• Liaise with customers, providing excellent support and solutions for service-related inquiries.
• Manage scheduling, workflow, and documentation for technician assignments.
• Assist with daily transactions and general office duties
• Handle phone enquiries/customer service and answering incoming calls, faxes and emails
• Process warranty claims
• Take ownership of initial debt collecting.

About You:

• Must have proven experience in a service coordination role, preferably within the automotive or technical sector.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of automotive workshop equipment is an advantage.
