About The Role:
Lead and mentor a growing team of developers delivering robust, secure, and scalable fullstack applications. This hands-on leadership role will see you:
• Guide technical design, architecture, and development best practices.
• Mentor 2–4 Squad Leads and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage delivery timelines and technical risks in an agile framework.
• Oversee full project lifecycles from sprint planning to deployment.
• Serve as the key technical contact between development and business units.

What you’ll bring:
We're looking for someone with:
• Strong skills in fullstack web development and architecture.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS) and modern frameworks.
• Proven leadership in agile environments.
• Deep understanding of secure software design and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical teams.
