Autogroup International is looking for two high-performing Sales Managers to join our dynamic Australian team. Based at our national HQ in Pakenham, you’ll represent the most iconic American pickup trucks and SUVs—including the Ford F-150 Lightning, GMC Sierra AT4X, Ford Super Duty pickups, Yukon Denali, Ford Bronco, Hummer EV, and more—all converted to right-hand drive in our world-leading facility.

We’re not a dealership—we’re the manufacturer. With 33 years in business, a team of 250+ across Australia, Sri Lanka, North America and the UK, and exports to 40+ countries, you’ll be joining a proven global leader.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Sell premium, high-value vehicles to buyers across Australia

Work closely with our in-house business development team to drive leads and conversions

Manage the client journey using our advanced CRM tools

Align with our engineering and logistics teams in Melbourne and Sri Lanka for accurate delivery timelines and vehicle specs

Leverage LinkedIn and digital platforms for professional engagement

Ideal Background:

Sales success at RAM, Ford, GMSV, or luxury 4x4 dealers

Strong understanding of right-hand drive American trucks & SUVs

Comfortable with premium clientele and consultative selling

Skilled in using CRM software and digital tools

Professional, driven, and a team player
