Mobilize are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor / Leading Hand to start in a permanent position with an industry leader in the construction of commercial cool rooms. About the role

• Commercial construction - Cool room panel system through Perth Metro locations
• Supervision of 6 to 8 contractors onsite
• Setting of daily tasks for team
• Ensuring projects are running on time and on budget
• Organising materials / site consumables
• Ensure safety standards are adhered to and correct safety documentation / inductions are completed
• Quality checks on works completed
• Reporting and administration duties as required

Required skills & Experience

• Previous experience is a construction supervisory / leading hand role
• Construction white card
• Working at Heights (preferred)
• Confined Space Entry (preferred)
• EWP (preferred)
• Excellent organisiation & communication skills
• Strong commitment towards safety and quality
