The Role
With projects both in the North and South, they are seeking an experience and motivated Civil Supervisor, with a strong background in Bulk Earthworks. You will be responsible for the onsite management of earthmoving operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to substantial development projects within a growing and reputable business.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and manage all onsite Bulk Earthworks activities, including excavation, filling, compaction and grading.
• Coordinate and direct earthmoving plant operators, surveyors and other site personnel.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality standards and projects specifications.
• Interpret and implement earthworks plans, drawings and specifications accurately.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor or leading teams with a strong focus on Bulk Earthworks (At least 2 years).
• Strong knowledge of bulk earthworks techniques, equipment and practices.
• Excellence leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Competent in record keeping and basic computer skills.
• Relevant certifications (Earthmoving Plant Operator Tickets, Supervisor qualifications) Highly desirable.
