📣 Casual Phone & Tech Support – Join Our Team!

Location: Balcatta, WA
Role Type: Casual – minimum 16 hours per week
Shifts: Specifically needed on Thursdays and Fridays, with flexibility to pick up extra hours over the summer break.
Hours: 7 am–3 pm, Monday to Friday only — No weekend work!

🏢 About the Role

We’re a growing business in the automotive tech space, specialising in head unit systems. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable team member to handle incoming calls and provide basic phone and tech support for our customers. You’ll help troubleshoot queries, guide customers through solutions, and keep everything running smoothly.

This role suits someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and communicating clearly — all while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Availability on Thursdays and Fridays is essential

Flexibility to pick up extra shifts, especially during the summer period

Must be available for extra coverage between 27th October and 3rd November

Great phone manner and clear communication skills

Ability to learn technical information and explain it simply to customers

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Reliable and organised; able to work independently and as part of a team

⭐ Preferred but Not Essential

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or phone support

An interest in or knowledge of the automotive industry and head unit tech
