We're Hiring – Multiple Roles Available at Foreshore Fencing

Based in Rosebud | Work from Mornington to Portsea

Foreshore Fencing is a local fencing business based in Rosebud, proudly servicing the Mornington Peninsula. We build high-quality fences and gates – specialising in timber paling, Colorbond, brush fencing, front feature fences, post and wire, PVC, and sliding gates.

We’re a friendly, hard-working team, and we’re looking for reliable, skilled people to join us in the following roles:

1. Front Feature Fencer

$40–$50 per hour (depending on experience)

We're after an experienced fencer who takes pride in clean, high-quality work. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and confidence in building front feature fencing – including custom timber and decorative finishes. Full Time work may be available for the right candidate.

What we’re looking for:

Solid experience building front feature fences

Confident reading plans and working independently

Strong attention to detail

Vehicle may be provided for the right candidate

Own tools are a bonus but not mandatory

Full time work available for the right candidate

2. Sub-Contractor Fencers

We’re also on the lookout for sub-contractors to help with a range of projects across the Peninsula. We have consistent work available for the right person, covering mainly boundary fences (timber paling, Colorbond, possible post & wire).

You’ll need:

Fencing experience and your own tools

ABN

A reliable vehicle

Good communication and work ethic

3. Fencer

$35–$50 per hour (depending on experience)

We're looking for someone who’s already had some experience in fencing or construction and wants to build on their skills. This role includes digging, setting posts and helping install a range of fence types. Full Time work may be available for the right candidate.

To be considered, you’ll need:

At least 1 year of fencing experience OR 3+ years in general trades

Physically fit and happy to work outdoors

A good attitude and willingness to work in a team

Manual drivers license is an advantage

Tools and vehicle (to and from site) may be available for the right candidate

Full time work available for the right candidate
