We are seeking experienced construction workers, carpenters, labourers, concreters and machine operators (excavator/skid steer) to join our growing team in Ballarat. It would be advantageous to have experience in multiple areas of construction.

Positions could be a multi-role position for suitable applicants, offering a wide range of hands on construction site tasks and opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience

White card is essential.

Experience in construction and/or concreting work and/or excavator/skid steer operating.

Ability to read and interpret construction plans.

Be flexible and able to undertake various construction tasks both supervised and unsupervised.

Assist with the installation of formwork, steel, and other construction materials.

Operate construction equipment and tools safely and efficiently.

Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures.

Work collaboratively with the construction team to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
