Our client is seeking a passionate and driven Team Leader – Senior Consultant to join their Southeast Queensland team in a permanent, full-time leadership role.

As a Team Leader, you will:

• Lead and mentor a dedicated team of Consultants across SEQ, supporting performance, development, and engagement.
• Drive business development, including stakeholder engagement, marketing initiatives, and participation in industry events.
• Manage a diverse caseload of physical and psychosocial clients across workers compensation, state government, DVA, CTP, QSuper and other schemes.
• Contribute to strategic growth and collaborate on innovative health programs and pilot projects.
• Support referral allocation and workflow across the SEQ region and other Queensland teams when needed.
• Balance leadership responsibilities with client-facing case work in a supportive and flexible environment.

Selection Criteria:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in occupational rehabilitation
• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Exercise Physiology, or Rehabilitation Counselling
• Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• A collaborative, calm, and solutions-focused mindset
• Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel regionally as needed
