About the Role
This is more than just a job — it’s a leadership opportunity in a values-driven organisation. You will:

• Provide clinical guidance and mentoring to a small team of dedicated clinicians
• Deliver supervision, report reviews, and professional development support
• Maintain a smaller, diverse caseload within the community
• Work from home for admin and report writing tasks, with full remote flexibility

Selection criteria

• AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist
• 3+ years’ postgrad clinical experience
• Passionate about working with people with disabilities (NDIS experience a bonus!)
• Experience in community-based or in-home services
• A love of mentoring and developing younger clinicians
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
