We’re growing and looking for a passionate Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist and/or Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. If you thrive on helping people regain function, love problem-solving, and want to make a real impact, this is the role for you!

Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Accredited Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist and/or Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Rehabilitation Consultant. In this role, you will conduct functional assessments, develop and implement rehabilitation plans, and provide tailored exercise programs to support injured workers. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct functional assessments and develop evidence-based rehabilitation plans

Be able to provide targeted exercise prescription and conditioning programs for Return to Work

Facilitate workplace assessments and ergonomic evaluations

Liaise with medical professionals, insurers, and employers to support return-to-work processes

Deliver high-quality case management and reporting

What We’re Looking For:

Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiologist or Occupational Therapist

Accredited with APHRA/ESSA

Experience in occupational rehabilitation (preferred but not essential) - Graduates welcome.

Experience liaising with Workcover QLD in a clinic setting

Experience with working with a diverse range of injuries/illness (musculoskeletal and chronic disease)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work both independently and within a team

Current Driver’s License & Vehicle

Salary:
$85,000 – $125,000 per annum, commensurate with clinical experience and in accordance with the Health and Services Award. Graduates rate will be in line with Health and Services Award, and may not reflect the salary advertised.
