About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Project and Business Case Coordinator to support the successful end-to-end delivery of a wide range of internal and external projects. This dynamic role is key to aligning project delivery with our organisation’s strategic and operational objectives, ensuring tangible outcomes, high-quality outputs and long-term impact.
As a Project and Business Case Coordinator, you will manage all phases of the project lifecycle—from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring and completion. You will take ownership of project planning, resource allocation, stakeholder engagement, risk management and performance tracking, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and on budget. You will coordinate and develop business cases and tender submissions which includes drafting clear, compelling tender content, gathering and synthesising input from multiple business units and ensuring all submissions meet strategic and compliance requirements.
Armed with a sharp eye for detail, strong coordination skills and a healthy dose of initiative and humour, you’ll be able to prioritise tasks with minimal supervision and just “get the job done.”
What you'll be doing
o Coordinating and managing projects from initiation to completion across a variety of internal and external initiatives.
o Leading or supporting structured change management activities to ensure adoption and sustainability of project outcomes.
o Collaborate with business units and subject matter experts to gather input, data and supporting documentation for both business cases and tenders and write compelling tender submissions.
o Developing and maintaining detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and risk registers.
o Engaging with key stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
o Tracking and reporting on project performance, milestones and outcome.
What we're looking for
o Demonstrated experience in coordinating or managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
o Strong understanding of project management and change management principles.
o Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
o A strategic mindset with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.
o Proficiency in project management tools and software.
o Relevant qualifications in project management, business, or a related field.
