We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join a well-established team delivering high-profile projects up to $40 Million.

Here's What You Can Expect:

As a Project Coordinator with this exciting contractor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the successful delivery of complex building projects from concept to completion. Working closely with Project Managers, site teams, consultants, and clients, you’ll ensure that every stage of the project lifecycle is well-organised, compliant, and aligned with the broader project goals.

• Provide structured and reliable support across all phases of the project lifecycle—from initial planning through to final delivery.
• Assist in the coordination of early-stage planning, design documentation, and consultant engagement to ensure seamless project setup.
• Oversee tender processes and contribute to contract administration, ensuring compliance and clarity across all procurement activities.
• Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely issue resolution.
• Champion a culture of safety by promoting and maintaining a WHS-compliant work environment across all project activities.
