About the Role

Are you a highly organised and proactive professional with a passion for coordination and service delivery? We’re seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to support the Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS) in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of fleet vehicles across multiple sites in South Australia. Reporting to the Administration Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in managing vehicle logistics, contributing to the safety, accessibility, and reliability of transport services that support essential aged care assessments across the state.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for a broad range of administrative and coordination duties, including monitoring key performance indicators, managing travel claims, coordinating car park access, and supporting Work Health & Safety processes. You’ll also lead the maintenance and compliance of the ACAS fleet, respond to expiation enquiries, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide high-quality service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, value teamwork, and take pride in supporting health services that make a difference to older South Australians, this is the role for you.

About You

You’re a highly organised and proactive individual with a strong commitment to accuracy, service excellence, and continuous improvement. With a solid background in administrative support and coordination, you’re confident working independently, managing competing priorities, and delivering outcomes in a busy, service-driven environment.

Skilled in coordinating high-level administration tasks with strong attention to detail

Confident communicator with proven experience engaging across diverse teams

Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with fleet and WHS practices

Experienced in developing and applying policies and procedures in complex settings
