Located close to Perth CBD our clients are a successful accounting practice with 50 staff and 5 directors, The practice offers services within tax and business services accounting along with SMSF, Financial planning and Bookkeeping to a wide variety of clients across Western Australia.
Due to growth the directors would now like to add to the already successful management team with an experienced manager (Tax and business advisory)

The vacancy:

Head up a team (Accountants) within Tax and Business advisory

Report directly into the Partners

Complete and review work such as complex tax returns, Companies, Trusts, Partnerships.

Be a key member of the management team

Mentor staff members

Engage with clients directly

Lead and manage a team with performance reviews, Monthly training and reviewing work.

To apply:

Have 6 or more years experience as an accountant in public practice accounting within Australia

Ideally be CA/CPA qualified

Solid experience in Australia as either a supervisor or manager within tax and business services accounting

Excellent communication skills

Want a long - term position

Enjoy training and mentoring staff

In return:

A salary of up to $160,000 + Super + Bonus
