We are a vibrant and busy boutique accounting firm south of the river seeking a Business Services Manager to work closely with the Directors in all areas of the business. For over 40 years we have offered a range of accounting, taxation, superannuation and business advisory services to a wide variety of clients in many industries. Over that time we have built extremely strong and valued relationship with all our clients.

You’re an experienced and client-focused Manager who is a team-oriented professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a proactive mindset. You have a positive, approachable personality and a can-do attitude for this exciting role that combines leadership, client engagement and technical tax/accounting expertise.

The Role:

Managing a portfolio of clients as their trusted advisor - working closely with a diverse range of clients to provide business advisory, compliance and value-added services.

Collaborate with Directors on complex advisory work and special projects.

Preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns for all types of entities.

Assist in management our team – including leading/mentoring, managing workflow and helping them develop to achieve their professional goals.

Joint management of our internal training and development program.

Help identify and action opportunities to enhance client services and contribute to the clients and firms success.

Be a key member of the management team and the growth of the firm with a real career pathway.
