Ray White Salisbury is delighted to announce that we are expanding! Due to growth, we are seeking a hardworking, enthusiastic and experienced property manager/business development manager to join our team.

We provide exceptional customer service to our landlords, tenants and trades alike; that’s where you come in! You will be working with our highly successful and dynamic team, in a full-time position. You will report to a senior property manager.

Your daily tasks will include, but will not be limited to:

Developing and implementing growth strategies

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth

Liaising with landlords, tenants and trades via phone and email

Conducting open inspections

Conducting routine inspections

Conducting ingoing and final inspections

Organising maintenance for properties as required

Issuing work orders and maintaining our maintenance database

Entering bonds and bond refunds

Managing rent arrears

Attending SACAT hearings

Provide reports for weekly management meetings

Being a part of our dedicated and driven business, you must have excellent attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and enjoy problem solving. You are confident, extremely organised and have exceptional customer service skills. Lastly, you have a proven ability to work well under pressure, enjoy a challenge and are a team player who can also work autonomously.
