Certainty Property is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our growing team in Adelaide, South Australia. This flexible position is ideal for professionals looking to work within school hours, offering a great work-life balance. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring exceptional service for both tenants and landlords. As a valued member of our property management division, you will play a key role in supporting the continued success of our business.

What you'll be doing

Manage a portfolio of approx. 100 residential rental properties

Advertise vacancies, screen applicants, and select quality tenants

Manage rent arrears and prepare SACAT applications

Negotiate, prepare and renew lease agreements

Handle maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly

Respond to owner and tenant enquiries professionally

Provide outstanding service to both tenants and landlords

What we're looking for

Minimum 12 months experience in residential property management

Solid knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and related legislation

Strong communication skills to liaise confidently with landlords and tenants

Proven ability to manage a property portfolio and meet performance targets

High attention to detail with strong time management skills

Proficient in using property management software and relevant real estate technology (Property ME or Property Tree)

Relevant real estate qualifications (e.g. Certificate IV in Property Services) are required.
