Electrical Service Coordinator

NC Electrical & Air Conditioning (NCE) is a well-established, locally owned trade services business delivering top-quality electrical and HVAC solutions across Darwin and remote NT communities. With a strong reputation for reliability, premium service, and compliance expertise, we are now seeking a full-time, office-based Electrical Service Coordinator to join our team.

You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our valued clients and play a key role in communication, technician support, and service delivery for reactive and planned electrical works. You will work closely with our dedicated scheduler to ensure efficient job allocation and daily coordination.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end coordination of electrical service delivery across real estate, strata, commercial, and residential clients. You will liaise with clients, electricians, the scheduler, and the admin team to ensure excellent service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Prioritise and allocate incoming client requests for electrical maintenance and repairs

Coordinate with the scheduler to support efficient technician dispatch

Respond to client phone calls and service email enquiries with professionalism and efficiency

Manage customer updates, job records, and documentation

Organise and track scheduled preventative maintenance

Creation, generation and submission of service reports and invoices

Maintain and update procedure manuals and workflows

Raise purchase orders and liaise with subcontractors or suppliers

Manage site induction documentation

Ad hoc admin duties to support smooth service operations

What We’re Looking For:

Excellent phone and email communication skills with a friendly and professional manner

Proven ability to juggle competing priorities and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and a methodical, process-driven mindset

Ability to manage individual workload while working closely with the team

Confidence to take initiative and identify improvements to workflows

Prior experience in a client-facing, scheduling, or service coordination role is preferred

An intimate understanding of the electrical service industry or experience in a similar trade-based business is highly regarded
