The Role
We’re seeking a motivated, personable and detail-oriented Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage existing client relationships within the Sydney legal community, helping ensure their technology needs are met and identifying opportunities to improve their service experience. You’ll also pursue new business development opportunities in a supportive, technically strong environment.
This position is ideal for:
A recent university graduate (any discipline) with strong interpersonal skills and an interest in technology and professional services
OR
A more experienced professional looking to shift from retail or transactional sales into a long-term, relationship-focused B2B environment.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of law firm and chambers clients
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure service delivery is smooth and issues are resolved
Identify client needs and present tailored solutions from our IT service portfolio
Assist with onboarding new clients and documenting requirements
Attend client meetings, chambers events, and networking opportunities within the legal profession
Track engagement and maintain accurate CRM records
What We’re Looking For
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A professional and confident manner when dealing with senior stakeholders
Interest in technology and how it supports modern legal practice
Strong organisational skills and follow-through
Ability to learn technical concepts quickly (training provided)
Self-motivation and a proactive approach to client engagement
Nice to Have (but not required)
Previous exposure to legal, IT, or professional services environments
Experience in account management, retail sales, or customer service
