Dental Receptionist / Dental Assistant – Join Our Boutique Team (2-3Days/Week)

About Us:

About the Role:
This is a 2-3 days/week role, with the opportunity to expand to more days over time. Fridays are a half-day, perfect for getting a head start on your weekend.

Your responsibilities will be a combination of front-of-house and clinical support:

Reception & Patient Coordination

Answering phone calls with professionalism and warmth

Managing appointments, recalls, and treatment plans using D4W software

Welcoming patients and supporting them through their visit

Processing payments, health fund claims (HICAPS), and invoicing

Keeping the front desk running smoothly and efficiently

Chairside Assisting

Assisting the dentist during a wide range of procedures (restorative, hygiene, cosmetic, etc.)

Preparing and sterilising instruments and setting up treatment rooms

Supporting infection control and maintaining high clinical standards

Anticipating clinical needs and ensuring patient comfort during procedures

(If new to DA work: support and training will be provided however experience beneficial)

What We're Looking For:
- Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette
- Someone who’s friendly, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Dental assisting experience is highly regarded, but we’ll also consider a fast learner with the right attitude
- Confidence using (or learning) dental software and working in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine team player who wants to be part of a caring, collaborative crew
