Sales Assistant & Closing Supervisor - Part Time Afternoon positions available!

In this key role, you'll not only provide excellent customer service and assist with sales, but you'll also play a vital part in supervising our younger team members and ensuring a smooth, secure closing of the bakery each day.

What you'll do:

* Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product selection and processing transactions accurately.

* Maintain a clean, organised, and appealing display of our delicious bakery items.

* Operate the POS system and handle cash and card payments.

* Supervise and support younger staff members, providing guidance and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.

* Execute all closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, cleaning, securing the premises, and preparing for the next day's opening.

* Assist with stock rotation and inventory management.

* Uphold our high standards of food hygiene and safety.
