About the role

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at our Australia FlagShip store in Warringah Mall, Brookvale, NSW. This part-time role will involve providing exceptional customer service and assisting with various sales and store operations.

What you'll be doing

Providing outstanding customer service and creating a positive shopping experience

Assisting customers with personalised sleep solutions, product selection, and processing transactions

Maintaining store presentation and visual merchandising standards

Restocking and replenishing shelves to ensure product availability

Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives

Adhering to company policies, procedures, and health and safety guidelines

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a customer service or retail sales role is of interest, but not essential.

More important to us and our customers will be your outgoing personality, interpersonal skills and ability to engage in a relaxed and informative way.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and accurately

Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer experiences

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
