Role:

Bookkeeping and Administrator part-time position, available now for 15 to 25 hours a week. Salary pro rata based on experience.

Qualifications & experience of the following, required for this role

Graduated from year 12 in Australia

Permanent resident

Administration and customer service experience

Bookkeeping experience (Preferred)

Payroll experience (Preferred)

Experience preparing BAS returns is desirable, but not essential for this role

XERO experience is desirable, but not essential for this role

High level of attention to detail is a must for this role

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Willingness to learn, show initiative and be a positive "team player"

Ability to build relationships with clients

Highest standard of ethics, confidentiality and professionalism

Excellent time management skills

Can do attitude, fast learner and team player

Tasks & responsibilities

Maintain our database using XPM

ASIC corporate compliance service

ATO calls

Providing bookkeeping and payroll services for our business clients, under supervision by our Senior Bookkeeping team member

Answering calls

Supporting the team with any administrative tasks matters

Assisting our clients with Xero, bookkeeping, and administration queries

Direct response to clients regarding administrative-related queries

Preparation of simple BAS returns under supervision and review by senior team members (if you wish to learn, but not essential)
