This role involves ensuring financial transactions are efficiently processed and financial records are accurately maintained, so you will need to have had several years prior relevant experience of managing accounts for this position.
Fencescape is a well-established business (20+ years), with a friendly, committed team that goes out of their way to look after our customers and build long term relationships with them.
Essentially, you will have relevant experience and knowledge of:
· Accounts payable and receivable
· Payroll Administration
· Preparation of monthly reports
· BAS
· End of Financial Year reporting
. Have advanced MYOB skills
. Commercial projects administration - progress claims, retentions
. HR – onboarding new employees
· Have a can-do attitude!
Fencescape Qld use construction estimating software and stock inventory software, so you will need to learn new software programs, and ideally have a construction industry background.
This busy role includes some general administration to help keep the office running smoothly.
You will need excellent attention to detail, a high level of communication, be adept at processing data efficiently and accurately.
Hours: Negotiable 15-21 hours (Monday to Friday) We are open 7.00am-4.00pm
Salary: Negotiable depending on level of experience
