FindStaff is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join a dynamic and growing team in the road transport and courier sector. On offer is a mix of office-based work, remote work from home, and time spent on the road engaging with clients.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-time
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (flexible)
• Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 + Commission and Super
• Benefits: Company Car, Commission, Laptop & Phone

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities
• Maintain and expand client relationships
• Develop and implement strategic growth plans
• Actively hunt and secure new business leads
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
• Represent the company professionally at all times
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in the transport and courier industry
• Strong background in sales and business development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to present and execute a strategy with an existing pipeline
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
• Ability to manage and grow your own leads and pipeline
