We are a fun, dynamic group looking for an energetic, outgoing Social Media Manager for our 4 offices throughout the Fraser Coast & Bundaberg Regions.

The position includes;
- Social Media Management across all three of our market leading brands
- Design & implement social media strategy to align with business goals
- Generate, edit, publish & share engaging content daily
- Work closely with staff to make fun videos and content for all of our pages
- Monitor & report on effectiveness of campaigns
- Suggest & implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions & competitions
- Develop & execute a comprehensive monthly social media strategy
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a social way while cultivating leads and sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in social media marketing or as a digital media specialist
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation & communication skills
- Social networking experience & social analytics tools knowledge
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
- Positive attitude, detail & customer-oriented multi-tasker
- Ability to work independently & within a team environment
