Join the launch of one of Bondi’s most exciting new venues. Rudy’s Grill is a fire-fueled, flavour-forward 90-seat bar & grill opening soon – and we’re looking for an experienced, creative Executive Chef to lead the charge.

What you'll be doing:

Take full ownership of kitchen operations and team leadership

Finalise and develop our launch menu focused on lava-rock grilled steaks, seafood, and house-made sauces

Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing brigade

Manage ordering, food cost, prep systems, and supplier relationships

Drive quality, consistency, and efficiency during service

About you:

Proven Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef with 5+ years in fast-paced venues

Passionate about fire-based cooking and premium local ingredients

Leadership that motivates, mentors, and drives team culture

Strong financial and operational acumen

Ready to start immediately and take on a ground-up build
