General
· Liaising with the Managing Director to ensure all contracts are in line with agreements.
· Ensure all processes are streamlined and efficient.
· Assist in managing stakeholder relationships including clients and consultants.
· Provide planning and programming of labour, plant and equipment in accordance with construction program requirements.
· Monitor progress, ensure that work quality is of a high standard and report regularly to the Managing Director on project performance against company objectives.
· Administrative tasks as requested by the Managing Director.
Specific
· Manage and oversee all aspects of project planning, development and delivery of a range of projects, including developing project plans, coordinating sub-consultants, managing budgets, meeting reporting requirements, and supporting delivery activities.
· Fulfil WHS obligations as requested by the Managing Director to ensure ISO compliance.
· Manage procurement activities including tender writing and reviewing of sub-consultant tenders.
· Manage financials on a project including processing of purchase orders and variations, development of progress claims, invoice processing and assessing sub-consultant claims.
· Management of sub-consultants progress including attendance and minute taking at design co-ordination meetings (as required).
· Assist with project scheduling and budgeting.
· Establish and maintain stakeholder relationships through effective communication, negotiation and issues management.
· Provide advice and recommendations on best practice project methodologies and standards to inform decision making.
· Monitor and evaluate all aspects of project implementation, risk and budget management.
· Manage project team to ensure compliance with quality requirements, to successfully deliver all key project milestones and outcomes.
· Provide advice and information to stakeholders on emerging project issues and support project development and delivery in line with established plans, budgets and timeframes.
· Prepare reports, briefings and regular project-status updates (as required) to facilitate timely and professional project communications and ensure all relevant stakeholders are kept informed on project progress and completion.
