Contract Administration

This full-time Contract Administration role at Saini Trans pty ltd' in Bexley NSW 2207 is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive contract administration support to ensure the smooth execution and management of the company's contractual obligations.

What you'll be doing

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and rates

Monitoring contract performance and compliance to identify and mitigate risks and fatigue plans

Maintaining comprehensive contract records and documentation and POD

Providing support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters and delivery ETA and stock damages

Assisting with the development and implementation of contract and the drivers and management processes and procedures

Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure effective contract management

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience in a contract administration or similar role

Strong understanding of contract law and best practices in contract management

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Proficient in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and Word

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Degree in Business,
