Position Overview: Are you a detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of contract processes and regulatory compliance? Due to our focus on ART processes (Administrative review Tribunal) and recent significant increase in demand for our services with representation at the ART, we are seeking experienced Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team and support our growing operations across the migration sectors. This role is critical in drafting, managing, and maintaining a huge variety of contracts with stakeholders including Government agencies, Australian companies, employees, students, ART clients, migration clients, education providers, and other partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, review, and manage contracts and service agreements with clients (Government and private sector including individuals).
• Draft, interpret, and update contractual documents, including negotiating amendments and variations, to ensure legal accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain a centralised contract register and monitor critical deadlines and dates such as expiries, renewals, deliverables, and compliance milestones.
• Ensure all contractual documentations meet relevant migration regulations and policiesincluding MARA regulations, Australian corporation act, fair work Australia act, Contract regulations, CRICOS policies etc.
• Respond to enquiries and resolve issues related to contracts from clients, institutions, and other contractual stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal departments and legal representatives to address contractual disputes and ensure smooth execution.
• Collaborate with employers, government bodies and education providers to meet shared objectives and fulfil obligations.
• Support the preparation and review of submissions in context of the legal frame of the contractual obligations, contract-related reports, and compliance documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract content, procedures, and operational workflows.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Diploma or higher qualification in law, or related field.
• At least three years of proven experience in contract administration, or closely related field.
• Familiarity with Australian immigration, Fair work Australia and education sectors is essential.
• Ability to interpret legislation, policies, and contractual obligations.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in contract management software, MS Office Suite and MM Software Development application.
• Must be fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
