Key Accountabilities

• Assisting all members of the construction team
• Project Management
• Town Planning
• Contracts Administration
• Purchasing, Estimating and Submissions
• Source supplier pricing
• Accurate data entry, enquiries, follow up, research
• Procurement
• General office and administration duties

Selection Requirements

• Currently studying a construction degree or diploma (eg Construction or Project Management, Engineering)
• Construction White Card
• Genuine interest and passion in construction
• Strong administration and office skills
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Positive and proactive person who can contribute to company and office culture
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills required for internal and external dealings
• The ability to multitask, problem solve, plan and schedule activities with
• Have a valid driver’s licence and own transport
