We’re a rapidly growing gelato brand looking for a passionate and hands-on Operations Manager to join our team.

In this role, you’ll:

Oversee daily operations across multiple gelato stores

Lead, train, and motivate store teams to deliver exceptional customer service

Manage rosters, staffing levels, and store performance KPIs

Control stock, ordering, and inventory to ensure product quality and cost efficiency

Analyse sales data and identify opportunities for improvement

Implement systems and processes to support smooth store operations

Support new store openings and expansion plans

About You:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Operations Management, preferably in retail, F&B, or hospitality

Excellent leadership and people management skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Confident using data and reports to drive decisions
