We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Client and Team Support to join a close-knit team at one of Australia’s leading suppliers of lighting and industrial products.

This full-time, office-based role involves managing quotes, tracking orders, and supporting smooth communication between clients, suppliers, and the sales team from the initial enquiry through to delivery. If you work well in a fast-paced environment and enjoy staying organised, this could be a great fit for you.

What you’ll be doing:

• Respond to incoming sales enquiries and prepare accurate quotes and proposals
• Help coordinate lighting projects by keeping track of paperwork and timelines
• Communicate with suppliers about pricing, stock, and technical information
• Assist the sales team with following up on leads and completing administrative tasks
• Keep project files, CRM records, and communication organised and up to date
• Work with internal designers and external partners to coordinate lighting design requests

What you'll need:

• 2 to 3 years’ experience in administration
• Good coordination skills and attention to detail
• Clear communication and strong organisation skills
• Comfortable working in a busy, team-focused office
• Some knowledge of lighting products is a plus, or a willingness to learn
