We're seeking a motivated and highly organised Customer Service Officer to join our Swimwear Division, working directly alongside the Managing Director as a key member of the team.

About the Role

In this dynamic position, you will be the first point of contact for wholesale swimwear clients and play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our swimwear business. You will collaborate closely with internal teams including design and marketing, contributing to seasonal launches and style development.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver front-line customer service for wholesale swimwear clients

Manage phone and email communications with retail accounts and end consumers

Liaise with internal teams to coordinate stock, deliveries, and order resolutions

Work closely with the Design and Marketing Teams on range releases and style creation details

Support seasonal campaign rollouts and sales cycles

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

At least 3 years’ experience in customer service (fashion experience highly regarded)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and eagerness to grow within the swimwear division

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/order management systems

A collaborative, team-first attitude with strong attention to detail
