About the role

Emergent Designs is seeking an details focused Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in Rosebery, NSW. In this full-time role, you will provide invaluable administrative support to help our business function smoothly and efficiently.
The role has potential to grow into a more customer or production focused role as knowledge of the business and our products grows.

This is an on-site position in Rosebery.

We are open to Part-time arrangements with minimum 25h/wk.

What you'll be doing:

Booking projects into our project management/finance systems.

Booking local, interstate and international freight.

Closing and invoicing completed projects.

What we're looking for

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Customer service-oriented with a positive and professional demeanour

Adaptable and willing to take on a variety of administrative duties

Must have permanent right to work in Australia
