This industry-leading, owner-operated company has been in operation for thirty years, providing stylish, tailored solutions for insect and security screens. All products are made in their factory in Hornsby.

The Customer Service / Scheduler is responsible for delivering exceptional service through front desk management, phone support, and scheduling of sales and installation appointments. The role ensures smooth coordination across departments, optimises sales and installer efficiency through geographic planning, and provides essential administrative support, including order processing and record keeping in Salesforce.

You will be computer literate, particularly with Microsoft Office packages including Excel and Outlook. With the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of people, you will build sustainable relationships with key stakeholders.

You need to be

Organised and methodical, capable of multitasking.

Experience with bookkeeping systems such as Xero or MYOB.
